If I didn't know any better, I'd say the teachers assign so much on purpose. Just because their grandmother's still give them socks for Christmas isn't our fault. And who decided to have finals ; after the break? No one reaily expects us to study when we could be catch- ing air on the slopes or sipping a mo- cha at the mall, or my favorite, sleep- ing! Do they? It's such a reality check, coming back to school. Everyone remembers the only good thing about school is friends and sometimes life sucks socially, too. So, sooner than later teens tuck away that "I'm such a cute kid now that it's winter and all I want to do is take my rosy cheeks and go sledding" face and trade it in, once again, for that 'Tin a depressed teen with a huge Chemistry Exam tomorrow, leave me alone!" lace. But, wait! Before everyone goes off and trades in that innocent smile for a not recently brushed frown, don't for- get that Borah is the toughest school around and a little [or a lot] of home- work [and crabby teachers] isn't go- ing to bring us down. And, don't for- get that Ski Team is just now getting into full swing and Basketball is com- ing to a Grande Finale and all the clubs at school are jam-packed with fun junk to do. So, even though you may be carrying a little bit of dead weight around from, the holiday's, Borah isn't, i Plus! There s only 300 and something more days until ncxt Christmas~ You! mi~zht want to ,,el a head start on tba! Wiqa List. !
